Beautiful vintage Murano hand blown white, gold flecks and controlled bubbles Italian art glass decorative bowl / ashtray. Documented to designer Alfredo Barbini, circa 1950-1960. The bowl has a folded over rim, with 2 decorative dents. It is profusely filled with gold leaf on the inside. The gold gathers around and inside the bubbles, making them stand out. Would make a great display piece on any desk, vanity or coffee table. Use it as a catchall, candy dish, or ashtray. Mid-century era. Measurements: 5" long x 4" wide x 1 1/4" high.
