Vintage girls dress with Peter Pan collar, short pouf sleeves with ruffle, lace detailing, fit, and flare styling and layers of tulle underneath for a little oomph. Classic old money traditional style that buttons in the back with a large bow. There is a slip underneath the dress that is a second piece and has its own layer of tulle. The dress itself is pretty sheer so they must be worn together. The slip is the only thing with a tag and it says it is size 7/8. Please note measurements: 12 inches straight across the waist, 14 inches armpit to armpit, 11 inches shoulder seam to shoulder seam and 29 inches shoulder to hem. No noted flaws, but the dress definitely could stand for a refresher as it is lightly yellowed. I would get it professionally cleaned or soak it in retro clean before wear
