Virtual ASL Tour at the Brooklyn Museum - Led by a Deaf Teaching Artist
Online Visitors from the D/deaf community are invited to experience our collection in an American Sign Language (ASL) tour, led by a Deaf teaching artist. This tour is in ASL only, without voice interpretation. This month, discover the designs of Thierry Mugler, a fashion visionary remembered for his bold silhouettes, unorthodox techniques and materials, theatrical shows and designs, and trendsetting concepts such as the “glamazon.” This online program is free; registration is required. This tour is designed for the d/Deaf community. If you are an ASL student, please email access@brooklynmuseum.org for more information about ASL student tours. Questions?
