The Other Side of the Stars spotlights the depth and diversity of The Met’s stellar roster of soloists as they explore fresh methods of musical expression. This new genre-blind series opens with a concert from Grammy Award-winning mezzo-soprano Isabel Leonard, recently featured in The Met's Cinderella, alongside the classical guitarist Pablo Sáinz-Villegas, who Billboard calls “the soul of the Spanish guitar.” The duo performs an intimate recital featuring operatic favorites paired with Argentinian folk songs, and popular Spanish songs.
