An important part of our firm's practice is litigation on behalf of deaf and hard of hearing clients providing representation in a wide variety of legal matters. Some of these matters include representation of deaf and hard of hearing individuals in significant personal injury litigation. We also represent the deaf and hard of hearing communities in matters ranging from eviction proceedings brought in Housing Court to matters where our clients have been discriminated against at work or in other public settings.
