It is at Sivananda Yoga Center at 243 West 24th Street, between 7th and 8th Ave. Its a 90 min class. Please come 15-20 min early for register/payment. Also please bring your own mat. Or you can rent a mat for $2. Please wear comfortable clothes. There is a room for changing clothes.
