Celebrate the New York release of None of the Above: Reflections on Life Beyond the Binary with award-winning writer, performer, and theater maker Travis Alabanza. In this memoir, Alabanza shares seven phrases that have been directed at them throughout their life—some seemingly innocuous, some loaded or violent, some celebratory. A meditation on language and doubt, the book turns a mirror on society and ourselves.
Alabanza is joined in conversation by Alok Vaid-Menon, an internationally acclaimed author, poet, and comedian who wrote the foreword for None of the Above. The program culminates with a book signing with Alabanza.
Masks are required, regardless of vaccination status.
Tickets are $16 ($14 for Members). Add a copy of None of the Above: Reflections on Life Beyond the Binary at checkout.
