Registration is now open for Solstice in Times Square: Mind Over Madness Yoga on June 20, 2025! Experienced yogis and first-timers alike are invited to join us for one of the free yoga classes taking place throughout the day on the Broadway pedestrian plazas, on 7th Avenue between 43rd and 48th Streets, finding calm once again within the chaos of life in New York City. Participants will have the opportunity to join one of seven free yoga sessions throughout the day on June 20 and visit the Yoga Village between 43rd and 45th Streets, which will feature booths, giveaways, and activities. Registered participants who attend will receive a free yoga mat courtesy of Gaiam and gift bag from RYZE while supplies last. All classes will also be streamed live with ASL interpretation at TSQ.org/Solstice via YouTube and on the Times Square Facebook Page so that anyone who wants to can participate from home.
