Documentaries for Hope and Healing is a new virtual screening series by POV Engage. Each month, Engage will be working with different communities to host virtual events that focus on a single documentary film, with the aim of partnering with local organizations across the nation to promote wellness and creative resistance in the midst of a turbulent year. Documentaries for Hope and Healing was created with the idea that storytelling has a crucial role to play in community healing processes. This series is made possibly by the Open Society Foundations.
