ASL Tour at the Brooklyn Museum
Visitors from the D/deaf community are invited to experience our collection in an American Sign Language (ASL) tour, led by a Deaf teaching artist. The tour is in ASL only, without voice interpretation. Light refreshments are provided following the tour. This month's tour traverses several thousand years of ancient Egyptian art. The program is free, but registration is required. Due to limited capacity, we cannot allow ASL students to attend. Questions? Contact us at 718.501.6520 or email access@brooklynmuseum.org. Relay calls welcome. Image caption and credit: A teaching artist leads an ASL tour, 2019. (Photo: Conrado Johns)
